Who we are
MAARE is run by a freelancer who works remotely. You can contact us about privacy at hello@maare.co.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry, we collect the details you type into the form: your name, business name, email address, phone number, the service you're interested in, your website or Instagram handle, and your message. Only your name and email are required.
We don't use analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies on this website.
Why we collect it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, prepare a free audit or quote if you asked for one, and talk with you about working together. We don't sell your details or add you to a mailing list without asking.
Where it's stored
Enquiries are received through our website host, Netlify, which stores form submissions on servers that may be outside Australia. We then keep your enquiry in our email and business records.
This website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers and shares your IP address with Google when a page loads.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond and to keep records of our business dealings, then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you by emailing hello@maare.co. If you have a concern about how we've handled your information, please contact us first so we can try to fix it.
Changes
If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
